How Sanghyun Law Office handles website inquiries and website usage information.

Effective

Information collected and why

Sanghyun Law Office collects your name, contact details, selected practice area and any matter description you submit to respond to your inquiry. The English form requires an email address; a telephone number is optional. Requested document services use the information needed to prepare and deliver the document. Marketing information is provided only with separate consent.

Optional discovery answers and available first-visit context are stored with your inquiry to understand how people find the office. Do not include identity numbers or third-party personal details in the discovery fields.

First-visit context

This browser may store your first public landing-page path, a recognised referrer domain or an ‘other’ category, and allowlisted campaign values for up to 30 days. Query strings, search terms and arbitrary referral URLs are not retained in that record. The record is checked for expiry when read and is submitted with your inquiry. Browser storage restrictions do not prevent you from using the form.

You can remove this record by clearing this site’s browser data. A direct or unavailable referrer does not establish how you originally found the office.

Usage analytics

PostHog and Vercel Analytics help us understand page visits and tool use. An email-link click measures a click, not a sent message. Contact details, free-text inquiry fields and discovery details are not included in our custom analytics events. Session recording masks inputs and is stopped on consultation pages. Browser URLs sent to PostHog are stripped of query strings and fragments.

Service providers

  • Vercel: website hosting and website analytics.
  • Supabase: storage of inquiry and requested-document records.
  • Resend: delivery of requested documents and inquiry notifications.
  • PostHog: website usage analysis.

Retention and your rights

Submitted information is held until consent is withdrawn and then deleted without undue delay, except where retention is required by applicable law. The 30-day browser-storage period is separate from the retention of an inquiry you submit.

You may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing or withdrawal of consent by contacting info@sanghyunlaw.com. We verify the request and respond as required. Access controls and other technical and organisational measures are used to protect information.
